Have fun working with kids during summer learning programs. As a Summer Education Program Facilitator, you will support students as they learn key career readiness and financial literacy skills. Summer Program Facilitator (SPF) is responsible for ensuring students have a successful and engaging experience. Summer Program Facilitators work directly with students, leading them through a series of lessons and hands-on activities. This position is a key member of the Programs team, helping students learn and thrive during their summer learning program experience. Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly become expert facilitators for Junior Achievement programs, including the ability to learn and facilitate new programs and facilitate for students entering Kindergarten through 5th grade. This position is part-time, nonexempt, with training and prep during the week of July 7-10, 2026, followed by a set Monday-Friday schedule, July 12-August 2026. literacy skills.

Summer Program Facilitator (SPF) is responsible for ensuring students have a successful and engaging experience. Summer Program Facilitators work directly with students, leading them through a series of lessons and hands-on activities. This position is a key member of the Programs team, helping students learn and thrive during their summer learning program experience. Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly become expert facilitators for Junior Achievement programs, including the ability to learn and facilitate new programs and facilitate for students entering Kindergarten through 5th grade. This position is part-time, nonexempt, with training and prep during the week of July 7-10, 2026, followed by a set Monday-Friday schedule, July 12-August 2026.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Facilitate Junior Achievement Programs (curriculum, training, and support will be provided)
* Facilitate all parts of day-of program logistics, including:
* Teaching and supervise a group of 20-30 students
* Utilization of JA curriculum and provided activities
* Collaborating with classroom educators to support student success and engagement

Qualifications (required)

• • Public speaking, presentation, and group management
• Demonstrated classroom experience
• Demonstrated success with youth group facilitation or transferable skills demonstrating ability to quickly master dynamic facilitation skills
• Ability to recognize group dynamics and student needs and effectively adapt and quickly pivot the facilitation approach in the delivery of information as needed
• Exceptional customer service commitment and people skills
• Understanding of youth development and working with young people of various ages
• Commitment to creating an exceptional experience for students, educators, partners, and volunteers
• Positive and upbeat attitude
• Collaborative team member
• Organized
• Detail-oriented
• Patient
