Regional Education Engagement Manager K-12, Southeastern Washington
The Regional Program Manager (RPM) is responsible for the implementation and management of all JAWA K-12 programs within a specified region. The RPM manages all daily operations of program recruitment, retention, data management, and evaluation with all organization stakeholders, including but not limited to educators and volunteers, while upholding and maintaining the program quality and integrity. This includes oversight of program quality and expansion, maintaining and building strong community and school relations, and verification of program completion.
Mobile Finance Park Experiential Learning Manager
The Mobile Finance Park Program Manager leads outreach, recruitment, and retention efforts for Junior Achievement of Washington’s (JAWA) Mobile Finance Park. This role is integral to the overall management and implementation of JAWA’s experiential learning initiatives, ensuring high-quality, impactful experiences for students throughout JAWA’s Eastern, Central, and Southeastern Washington Regions, which include northern Idaho and western Montana.

The Education Engagement Manager provides support for program recruitment, retention, data management, and evaluation while maintaining program quality and integrity. This position serves as a key resource for educators, volunteers, school partners, and community stakeholders and supports the Education Engagement Manager in expanding and sustaining regional programming.
