Youth Program Facilitator

Have fun working with kids during the best field trip of the year! As a Program Facilitator you will support students as they learn key career readiness and financial literacy skills while having fun in one of our two miniature towns; BizTown and Finance Park located in Auburn, Washington.

Regional Director, Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho

Regional Directors are critical to the fluid operation of Junior Achievement of Washington (JAWA). The Regional Director, Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho (EWNI), provides leadership to the JAWA's development function to secure revenue and strengthen our work throughout the region.

Lead Program Facilitator - JAWA Mobile Finance Park Education Program

The Lead Program Facilitator is responsible for ensuring participating students and teachers have a successful and engaging experience during their JA Mobile Finance Park simulation.

Regional Program Manager, Eastern Washington

The Regional Program Manager (RPM) is responsible for the implementation and management of all JAWA K-12 programs within a specified region. The RPM manages all daily operations of program recruitment, retention, data management, and evaluation with all organization stakeholders, including but not limited to educators and volunteers, while upholding and maintaining the program quality and integrity.

Research and Evaluation Analyst

The Research and Evaluation Analyst's role is to support JAWA's mission and goals by conducting a wide range of research and evaluation activities. Under the supervision of the Vice President of Impact and Innovation, the R&E Analyst collects and contributes data for strategic decisions about programs, processes, and funding. This position contributes to the generation of evidence to help JA of Washington tell its story of student impact and reach. This is a full time, non-exempt position in the JAWA Auburn Education Center with hybrid remote work flexibility.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant (EA) at JAWA provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient daily operations and seamless communication across the organization. The dynamic nature of this role requires the ideal candidate to have exemplary time management skills to coordinate schedules, organize and conduct meetings, and prepare materials that enhance organizational efficiency and strategic planning. Acting as a liaison to the Board of Directors, the Executive Assistant must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Leadership Team, staff and key stakeholders.
