Junior Achievement of Washington (JAWA), in partnership with Delta Air Lines and the Washington state business community, proudly celebrates visionary business leaders whose contributions shape our regional economy and inspire the next generation. Each year, we receive nominations from the public, and a rigorous, independent committee selects Business Hall of Fame Laureates. Past Laureates include iconic leaders such as Bill Boeing, the Nordstroms, Sally Jewell, Doug Baldwin Jr., and renowned hairstylist Gene Juarez.

2025 JA Business Hall of Fame

The 2025 JA Business Hall of Fame takes place at the JA Education Center in Auburn. Join us and Presenting Sponsor Delta Air Lines for an inspirational evening as we honor our 2025 JA Business Hall of Fame Laureates - Colleen Birdnow Brown, Ken Kirkpatrick, and Dorothy Mann.

Tour our simulated mini-towns where students become adults for a day, experience JA programming, and help us raise funds to support financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship programs for young people across the state. This celebration event will also include an opportunity to support the JA mission and invest in the boundless potential of the next generation of leaders and innovators. Admission is free, but a donation in support of JA programs is greatly appreciated.
