2026 Junior Achievement Summer Camps
When: Monday, July 27, 2026 - Friday, July 31, 2026
Where: JA Education Center in Auburn
This summer, students entering grades 4–9 can dive into a week of hands-on learning in career exploration, personal finance, and entrepreneurship. Imagine discovering careers that match your interests, building a real-life budget for your future self, and pitching a business idea in a fun, Shark Tank-style showcase.
Whether attending JA BizTown Summer Camp (grades 4–6) or JA Finance Academy (grades 7–9), students gain the confidence and skills needed to build a strong financial future. Throughout the week, they’ll explore important choices related to income, expenses, savings, credit, and career pathways.
Camp activities include interactive lessons, teamwork-based challenges, developing and pitching business ideas, and becoming adults for a day in JA BizTown or JA Finance Park, where students apply what they’ve learned in realistic, age-appropriate scenarios. The week wraps up with students working in small groups to design, develop, and pitch their own business ideas.
Students will learn:
How personal interests, skills, and passions connect to future career opportunities
How to manage, save, and invest money
How to build a personalized budget and understand the difference between needs and wants
How to create and pitch a business idea from concept to presentation
